Blending the talents of Jardin Grill’s exceptional Executive Chef Roy Giam and his team, Marc will execute a specially designed menu, artfully matched with award-winning handcrafted Hans Herzog wines.  The renowned wines will be showcased by Hans and Therese Herzog themselves, alongside talented French Sommelier Cedric Ronaldo, also from Harbour Society.
