Carefully crafted by our Executive Chef Roy Giam, sample decadent Wagyu Beef Brisket with parsnip, cranberry, pistachio and mint; and for dessert, indulge in Whittaker’s chocolate and peanut butter entremet with sea salt caramel ice-cream.

La Belle Époque

Immerse in aristocratic La Belle Époque era, a period of the French history between 1871 – 1914 which gave rise to inspired French cuisine. The event will take you back in time to savour delicious curiosities from that time as well as give you an opportunity discover La Belle Époque’s history as told by art and culinary historian, Dr Wendy Joyce who will explain the gastronomic significance of the era.
